House. c1800. Stucco with ashlar dressings; tile roof with
brick stacks. Double-depth, central staircase, plan. Georgian
style. 2 storeys with attic; symmetrical 3-window range. Top
cornice. Entrance has panelled pilasters, frieze, cornice and
wrought-iron balcony, 6-flush-panel door; iron railings to
steps. Windows have sills and 16-pane sashes to ground floor,
12-pane sashes to 1st floor; 3 gabled dormers with plain
bargeboards and small-paned horizontally sliding sashes. End
and rear stacks. Attached brick walls to front and sides of
garden with gap for path; low decorative wrought-iron railings
to front and left return. INTERIOR: open-well staircase with
turned balusters.
