GV II

Two houses. C17 to left and early C19 to right. No. 12 to left of coursed
limestone rubble; hipped and gabled concrete tile roof; C20 brick right end
stack and left end stack of stone finished in C18 brick. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys;
3-window range. Timber lintels over two C20 doors to left, one with C20
bracketed hood. Chamfered and roll-stopped timber lintels over C20 casements,
and two C17 three-light ovolo-moulded wood-mullioned windows with leaded-lights
on first floor to left. Timber lintels over C20 casements, and two C18
three-light leaded casements on first floor to left. C20 gabled roof dormer.
No.10 to right of coursed limestone, with gabled Welsh slate roof and brick end
stack: of 2-storey, one-window range with timber lintels over C20 three-light
casements; C19 one-storey porch to right of limestone rubble with hipped Welsh
slate and stone slate roof. Interior: chamfered roll-stopped beams on ground
floor, with similar lintel to rear right. No.6 not inspected. Formerly Nos.6-12
(even).
