Lodge for Brackenburgh. 1902-3 hy Sir Robert Lorimer for Joseph Harris. Red
and cream Lazonby sandstone walls, under graduated greenslate mansard roof,
conical over right wing; sandstone chimney stacks. 2 storeys, one bay with
lower flanking single-bay wings. Central sash and casement windows with glazing
bars in plain reveals. Right wing has plank door in plain opening under crested
coat-of-arms. Left wing has segmental-arched sash windows with glazing bars.
Similar to lodges which Lorimer built for his Scottish houses.
