Mid C18 house with early C19 extension to north-west. Two
storeys. Local brick and gault brick, painted and rendered with
C19 rendered timber-frame. Low pitched, hipped, slate roofs
with deep plastered eaves. Four stacks. Front facade of C18
range symmetrical. Five hung sash windows with glazing bars and
central four panelled door in plain wooded architrave. C19
range has double half-glazed doors in closed porch with flat
roof. Garden facade. C18 range has two recessed hung sash
windows with glazing bars. C19 extension has four first floor
recessed hung sash windows with glazing bars, and two similar
windows to the right hand of a late C19 canted, stone, bay
window with double, half- glazed doors and two hung sash
windows. Interior has open string staircase, raised and fielded
panelled doors.
