C17 timber framed house with original three unit plan, now
divided into a house and shop with cottage to south. Two
storeys with attics. South gable wall trimmed for passage way
with first floor overhang. North gable extended in C19.
Roughcast rendering to timber-frame. Plain tile roofs with
tall, square ridge stack, and C19 end stack. One flat roofed
dormer window. Five first floor windows include two horizontal
sliding sashes with glazing bars and three, later, hung sash
windows. Central C19 shop window, shallow bayed with glazing
bars frieze and cornice and half-glazed double doors with
architrave and shaped cornice. Plain flanking house doors one
to right hand with wooden architrave. Three gound floor
horizontal sliding sash windows with glazing bars.
