Pair of gate piers and wall. Late C18, altered late C19.
Squared coursed sandstone and sandstone ashlar. Gate piers of
square plan with chamfered rustication, moulded bases, and
cornices. To each side is a wall, lower than the piers, with a
torus-moulded coping. The iron railings and gate appear to be
late C19 replacements. The piers are linked by an iron
overthrow.
