House, now shop. Dated 1740. Stucco; plain tile roof, with
gable parapet to right; common brick stack. 3-storeys and
cellar; 4-window range: 6/6 sashes with cambered heads; storey
band; similar fenestration to 2nd floor; storey band, and
parapet with moulded stone coping. Entrance to right: 6
fielded panel door in plain case, with traceried fanlight,
under moulded flat hood on reeded pilasters; C20 shopfront,
with traceried clerestory with cambered head, between fluted
pilasters. Rainwater head dated 1740.
