Stone inscribed "ERECTED 1853 H.A.C." on west gable end. Former malt-house with early C19 rear range. Local gault brick. Modern tile roof of shallow pitch. Two storeys. Cambered arches to three recessed hung sashes with glazing bars. Two later sashes with central glazing bars on either side of doorway. Doorcase with pilasters, plain entablature and dentilled cornice. Panelled door with rectangular fanlight. Repaired wall with later casement at west end. Early C19 rear range of brick. Slate roof with red brick end stack.
