Circa 1860 house. Local brick, roughcast rendered. Plain tiled with ridge stack of grouped shafts. Plain bargeboarding to gable ends. Two storeys. South west elevation of two linked gables each with one hung sash. Margin lights and diamond pattern glazing bars. Round headed arch to central, small casement. Two similar hung sashes flank central doorway. Original doorcase and panelled door. Gabled, trellis porch.

West elevation: one small horizontal sliding sash and two hung sashes in round headed arches, all with glazing bars similar to south west elevation: one Venetian window with pointed arch to centre light at ground floor.
