C1845-50 2 storey 3 bay detached stucco villa of rather narrow proportions.
Plinth; sill course; deep frieze. Hipped slate roof with flat eaves,
flanking corniced chimney stacks. Windows in architrave surrounds, those on
ground floor with cornices on consoles, those on first floor with shallow
block pediments containing wreath ornament. Ionic column porch; 6 panel door
with rectangular fanlight.
