1-storey building of 3 wide bays. Early C19 with alterations. Multicoloured
stock brick. Moderately low pitched, hipped, slate roof. Stone mutule eaves
cornice with blocking course. Projecting centre section under stone pediment.
Tuscan portico of 4 columns, whose cornice is continuous with eaves cornice,
now bricked up and modern door and windows inserted. Modern windows also inserted
in right and left bays, but wide segmental arches of original windows visible.
3-bay south return to Charlton Park Lane. Wide, central, segment-arched recess
contains modern door. One blank window at left and a restored sash window with
glazing bars at right. Small, modern window inserted between left and centre
bays.
