Shop and house. Probably C18 origins. Painted stone rubble and slate roof with
gable ends and brick end stacks.
Plan: Originally probably of 2-room and passage single depth plan. Divided to form
shop on left and house with entrance to far right. Extended to rear in C19 with
outshot extension.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Regular 3-window front with segmental arches to first floor
openings. Shop to left with large plate glass window and C19 12-pane sash and C19
door to right. First floor has three C19 16-pane hornless sashes.
Interior: Not inspected.
Forms part of a group in Church Street.
