Warehouse, now converted to 3 shops with flats above. Circa early to mid C19, partly
remodelled in late C20. Stone rubble. Asbestos slate-hung front. Slate roof with
hipped ends.
Plan: Originally a warehouse of overall rectangular plan built into the side of a
steep slope, with 3-storey and attic front elevation and 2-storey rear elevation,
where the ground rises to rear. Ground floor now divided into 3 shops and the upper
floors have private domestic accommodation.
Exterior: 3-storeys and attic. Regular 3 window front. Ground floor with C20 shop
windows in altered openings. Three 2-light casements on first floor and three above.
2 full hipped dormers to attic with 2-light casements. Canted corner to front right
and 2-storey rear elevation to south.
Interior: Largely gutted and remodelled in mid to late C20.
