Warehouse or store now converted to flats with shops on ground floor. Circa late C18
or early C19. Stone rubble, partly painted. Slate roof with gable ends; brick end
stack on left and truncated brick end stack on rear slope on right.
Plan: Deep rectangular plan, built into side of slope, with ground rising to rear.
Converted to flats with shops on ground in late C20.
Facade: 3-storeys. Ground and part of first floor elevation partly painted and
above the first floor openings are the remains of the lettering which advertised Bray
and Parken Ltd., the earlier owners. The openings have been altered in the late C20
with casements replacing wood louvered windows. C20 shops in altered ground floor
openings. First floor; 2 tall narrow 2-light C20 casements with central 2-light
casement and 3-light casement ot right. 2 and 3 light casements to second floor.
Interior: Not inspected.
