Possibly net lofts or stores converted to form 2 shops in late C20. Circa C18 or
early C19 origins, remodelled in late C20. Stone rubble. Slate roof with hipped end
on left.
Plan: Overall rectangular plan with shops on ground and first floor.
Exterior: 2-storeys. Asymmetrical 2-window front with C20 windows in probably
earlier openings. Wide window on ground floor with 2 casements above. C20 windows
to ground and first floor in left hand side elevation.
Interior: Remodelled in C20. Some C19 carpentry surviving.
Forms part of group with Drang House and The Buttery (qv) and converted warehouses on
South Quay.
