Farmhouse and garden wall to front. Circa early C19. Dressed slate stone with
moulded plinth. Rag slate roof with hipped ends and end stacks with brick shafts.
Plan: 2 room single depth plan with central entrance, heated by end stacks and
service wing to rear left forming an overall 'L' shaped plan.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front with renewed C20 4 pane sashes and
central C19 panelled door in stone rubble porch with flat roof.
Interior: Not inspected.
Including probably contemporary stone rubble garden wall to front, ramped on right
hand side.
Forms part of an unaltered group of 3 farmhouses at Tregonce.
