House, in two occupations. C16-17 with later additions. Timber framed
with white painted brick infill and wing, tiled roof, thatch to S. wing,
irregular brick chimneys.Central part 2 storeys and attic, door and modern
casements to elevation, 2 light casement to each floor in N. gable.
1 storey and attic N. wing with half hipped roof. Modern casements,
2 storey W. wing of colourwashed brick, 1 3 light casement to each floor
with segmental arched heads. Long 1 storey and attic S. wing, timber framed
and thatched with 2 leaded windows and 2 doors, formerly village post office
and store. East front irregular with leaded casement windows.
