C18 altered two storey, part with attic, stone, north face plastered and colourwashed with altered windows, mainly casements. Entrances, south, to court. West faces Fore Street with passage under, south, old hung slates at first floor at rear, and flush frame sash window with glazing bars. Massive central chimney. Roof of red machine pantiles.

Nos 2 to 11 (consec) Clifton Place and 11 and 12 Fore Street, and the Waterfront Buildings, Whitestrand Quay form a group.
