Probably early C19, 2 storey stone, limemshed, with brick flat arches
to windows, 4 1st floor windows including 2 flush frame sash windows with
glazing bars remaining, at ground floor mainly with sheet glass for display.
2 plain doors.

Forms a group with No 1, Fore Street, Unity Buildings, Union Street and
Custom House, Custom House Quay.
