Probably early C19, 2 storey stucco lined and painted. Slate roof, hipped.
Rough stone on return to Union Street, painted. 2 1st floor near-flush
frame sash windows with glazing bars. Early C19 wood shop front with slender
pilasters to central entrance.
Forms a group with the Off-shore Sea-chest, Unity Buildings, Union Street
and the Custom House, Custom House Quay.
