Probably C16. Small cob thatched former farmhouse, one and 2 storeys.
The wing to south west later. Front to road by projecting gabled bay.
West end has external chimney. Wood casements some renewed. The interior
retains a number of original features; 2 open fireplaces with bread ovens.
Unusual spiral staircase with solid wood treads, bog oak perhaps. Chamfered
4-centred arched doorway. Numerous heavy beams.
