Built 1865. Two storeys; stucco, the ground storey rusticated; slightly projecting outer bays (one window each); six sash windows overall, those to ground storey with semi-circular heads and transoms springing from slender moulded colonnetes and with panels below sills. Left-hand bay set back at first storey behind parapet and with two arched windows, elsewhere moulded corbelled projecting eaves. Hipped slate roof. Two-windowed east side has semi-circular headed doorway with plain fanlight, six-panelled divided door, and modern steps leading up from right-hand side.
