SELLACK CP THE GROVE

4/152 Lower Grove

GV II

Farmhouse. Late C18 or early C19. Large blocks of squared sandstone
rubble with hipped Welsh slate roof and brick stacks. Roughly square plan
with entrance front to west-south-west and service wing to east. Three
storeys. West elevation has three windows with dressed lintels, glazing
bar sashes and central early C20 door under contemporary wrought-iron canopy
extending across the whole width of the building. Service wing tao rer is
single storey. Interior not inspected.
