SELLACK CP THE GROVE

4/153 Upper Grove

GV II

Farmhouse. Probably Cl7. Sandstone rubble finished in roughcast. Welsh
slate roof and brick stacks. Rectangular plan aligned north/south. Two
storeys. West elevation has 2:2 windows glazing bar sashes the left part
being higher than the right. Ground floor has two similar windows to right
of central entry under early C20 gabled porch and one to left. Attached to
left gable is two-bay granary. Rear elevation has cross-casement roughly to
centre of ground floor. Interior (not inspected) noted as having heavy
ceiling beams.
