House, now office and flat. c1820. Coursed squared stone with
ashlar dressings and slate roof with 2 gable stacks, the
higher left one rendered. Plinth, eaves band, projecting
window surrounds. 2 storeys; 3-window range of 12-pane sashes.
Central round-arched painted stone doorcase with keystone and
C20 flush door with fanlight. On either side, a 12-pane sash,
the lower lights reglazed.
