The Vicarage
GV II
Vicarage. Early C19 with later remodelling. Coursed squared rubble limestone
with gritstone dressings, chamfered quoins, coped gables, ashlar stacks and Welsh
slated roof, originally gabled, but altered to present hipped form in early C20.
South east elevation: two storeys, three bays, with former glazing bar sashes,
now with glazing bars removed, save for central first floor window. Canted to
ground floor incorporate sash windows beneath flat leaded roofs. Central doorway
within open porch supported on square stone columns with moulded cornice and flat
roof. C20 half glazed door, with rectangular fanlight above.
