Built as a pair of houses, later becoming a school, now converted to flats. c1830.
Rubble limestone with gritstone dressings, chamfered quoins, end side wall ashlar
stacks, hipped roof with Welsh slates. Three storeys, four bays with glazing
bar sashes in projecting stone surrounds and plain band courses linking second
floor window heads and sills. C20 central porch with flat roof, rendered with
C20 double doors. South end wall and rear elevation have doorways with quoined
surrounds and heavy lintels, now all blocked. The building was converted into
flats in 1983.
