Former farmhouse, used until recently as a Christian study centre. C17. Stands
in south aisle of the abbey, the south wall incorporating part of the abbey
walling. Timber framed and plastered, plaintile roof. 2-storeys and attic.
North elevation has 3 window range, casements, some with original leaded lights;
plain boarded door. Single dormer window to left hand side. Early C19 wing
extends across west end of abbey nave. 2-storeys, brick with slate roof.
3 window range, sashes with glazing bars in flush frames, flat arches. Central
doorway with inset 6-panel door; panelled reveals and arch soffit; semi-circular
fanlight with radiating glazing bars. To the left hand side is a mid-C19
extension under the same hipped roof. To the right hand side is a 4-storey C20
extension.
