House. C18 roof raised C19. Two builds. Main part. Coursed ironstone rubble
fronted with ashlar. Slate roof. Stone-coped gables. 3 renewed stone/brick ridge
and end stacks. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys plus attic. 3-window range. Entrance
off-centre to left has panelled/glazed door, overlight and flat hood. Entrance
is flanked by canted bay windows. Sash window on right. First floor has 3 sash
windows with stone lintels. Ironstone quoins. Lower left part. Squared, coursed
ironstone. Tile-roof. Stone-coped gable on left. Brick end stack. Single storey
plus attic Ground floor has small fixed window with glazing bars and wood
lintel. Attic has half-dormer with sloping roof. Once known as Poultry Farm.
Interior not inspected.
