House, now public house with living accommodation over. C17,
altered and extended C19. Timber-framed, stucco, old tiled
roof with moulded cusped and pierced bargeboards, red brick
chimneystack with oversailing courses. 2 storeys and attics. 2
flush sashes to ground and first floors, glazing bars to first
floor windows, one attic sash window with margin glazing bars.
Central door with gabled door hood with ornamental
bargeboards. First floor band. Lower rear wing, single storey
with attics, with red tiled roof sweeping down low at west,
with central brick chimney, and 2 casement dormers. C19 single
storey east wing set at an angle, stucco, with canted bay
window with sashes, gabled doorhead with elaborate
bargeboards, and Welsh slated roof.
