Late C18 to early C19. Part of terrace. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. South
elevation rendered. Pitched stone slate roof. Coped gable to south. Moulded foot-
stones. Central stack (rendered). 2 storeys. House: east elevation has: ground floor
one 6-light stone mullioned window. First floor; one 8-light stone mullioned window
with large central King mullion and double lintel. South gable has: one 2-light stone
mullioned window to first floor. Single storey lean-to extension in hammer dressed
stone with stone slate roof; west elevation has: one 2-light stone mullioned window to
first floor. Barn: east elevation has: large central doorway with large lintel, stone
surrounds and tie-stones. Small vent over. Small doorway to either side with stone
surrounds. Single light (possibly later date).
