1766 (datestone). Large farmhouse. Hammer dressed stone (part rendered).
Pitched stone slate roof. Coped gables. Moulded footstones. 2 rendered
stacks. 2 storeys (ground floor back to earth). South elevation (House):
ground-floor: central doorway with large stone surrounds and tie-stones.
Date stone above doorway reads: E B S B

One 7-light stone mullioned window (recessed). The centre light is larger
with large, flush King mullion to either side. One 6-light window as above.
First floor; four 3-light stone mullioned windows (recessed). West gable:
Rendered with lean-to extension. East gable: One 2-light stone mullioned
window (recessed) to first floor. Single storey extension with pitched stone
slate roof and quoins. North elevation: ground floor; back to earth. First
floor; four single lights. Barn separately listed - No 20/734.
