Late C18 to early C19. Former farmhouse and barn in one range. Hammer dressed stone
Quoins to house. Pitched stone slate roof. 2 storeys. House: east elevation has:
ground floor; central doorway with stone surrounds (possibly later date). One
former 4-light stone mullioned window (now blocked). Single opening now blocked
(possibly later date). First floor: one former 7-light stone mullioned window with
one opening remaining with central mullion removed. One former 2-light stone
mullioned window (now blocked). South gable has: small openings in apex of gable.
Large modern garage doorway. West elevation has: single openings to each floor (now
both blocked). Barn: east elevation has: large central doorway with segmental arched
head and pronounced keystone and stone surrounds and tie-stones. Small light over
door has semicircular flase arched head. Small doorway to either side with stone
surrounds. One has tie-stones and the other has chamfered reveals and is probably
of later date.
