1354-0/7/34 Hulverstone Manor

GV II

House. C17 lobby entrance house altered in C18 and C20. Built
of Isle of Wight stone with ashlar quoins. Slate roof with 2
brick chimneystacks. 2 storeys and attics in gable end; 1:3
windows. 1st floor has casement and ground floor has 3 windows
comprizing 1 double sash, one 4-light stone mullioned window
and one triple casement. C20 door. Deep plinth. Gable ends
with stone coping and kneelers. Left side elevation has one
triple stone mullioned casement. Right side has 2 double stone
mullioned windows. Rear elevation has 3 later casements.
Interior retains beam with lamb's tongue stop and early C18 2
panelled door.
