House, now office. Early C19. Stucco with ashlar dressings;
C20 tile roof. T-plan. Georgian style. 2 storeys; 3-window
range with 3-storey, 2-window, double-depth wing to right. 1st
floor sill band; top parapet, but top frieze, cornice and
blocking course to wing; coped gables. Segmental-headed
entrance to right end has doorcase with long brackets to
modillioned cornice; overlight to 4-panel door.
Segmental-headed window to left end has brick sill and
4:16:4-pane horned sash; similar window to wing has ashlar
sill and 4:12:4-pane tripartite sash with panelled pilaster
strips, small segmental-headed window to right end with plate
glass horned sash. 1st floor has windows with brick sills over
band and 12-pane horned sashes; wing has windows with 12-pane
sashes, 2nd floor window with 4-pane sashes, lower glazing
bars missing. Wing has truncated lateral stacks. Included for
group value.
