House, now office. c1820. Brick with ashlar dressings; tile
roof with coping and brick end stacks. Double-depth plan.
Georgian style. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Plaster
plinth, and top cornice and blocking course. Entrance has
doorcase with panelled pilaster strips and long brackets to
pediment; fanlight with radial glazing bars over
6-fielded-panel door. Windows have sills, and rubbed brick
flat arches over 12-pane sashes. Right return has small-window
with 9-pane sash to left end of each floor and small-paned
casement to attic. Rear is attached to late C20 council office
building on Frog Lane.
