2 houses, now house and shop. C17 timber frame with early C19
brick skin. Roof of pantiles, black glazed to front. 2 storeys
in 3 bays, but not symmetrical. 2 doorways, that to left (8)
panelled with glazed upper panels and a pedimented doorcase.
The other is C20 in remains of a C19 doorcase without a
pediment. Between them and left of left door is an early C19
three-light casement under gauged skewback arches. C20 shop
display window extreme right. 3 similar C19 casements to first
floor. Modillion timber eaves cornice and bell-based gabled
roof. Two 2-storey cross wings to rear, that to north-west
with rebuilt upper storey to flank. South-east cross wing has
not been skinned. Ridge stacks to cross wings.
