House. c1840. Ashlar faced rusticated to ground floor with
Welsh slate roof. Neo-classical style, 2 storeys, symmetrical
3-window range with central entrance. Paired 2-panelled doors
in Ionic portico flanked by segmentally arched tripartite
sashes with cast-iron colonettes, stressed voussoirs and
keyblocks. Three 12-pane sash windows in moulded architrave to
first floor. 12-pane sash windows flank central French doors
in rear elevation, with 2-segmentally arched dormers breaking
the plain eaves cornice above. Truncated end wall stacks.
