House. c1840. Ashlar-faced with concrete tiled roof.
2-storeyed, square in plan with 3 bay elevations. Main
elevation faces garden, with canted bay window. Elevation to
street has central wing flanked by 2-pane sash windows on each
floor, and inserted doorway to right. Return elevation to
right has central door in wood projecting porch with blind
window over. Plain overhanging eaves. End wall stacks.
