Pair of houses. c1836. Render with concrete tiled roof. 2
storeys, each house a 2-unit plan symmetrically-designed with
outer projecting gables. Side entrances in projecting storeyed
porches with chamfered arched doorways. Canted bays to ground
floor of gables, and renewed 3-light mullioned and transomed
windows in central range. Axial and end wall stacks. Forms
part of the original development of Rock Park, laid out by
Jonathan Bennison in 1836-37.
