Circa 1820-30 former Vicarage to St John's Church. Plain 2-storey sandstone
"brick" L-plan house. Hipped slate roofs with simply moulded eaves. Corniced
chimneys. Three bay north-east front, revealed glazing bar sashes. Six panel
door with marginal glazed rectangular fanlight, stone cornice-hood on shaped
brackets. Two light square mullioned glazing bar sashes to side elevation.
Rear has round-headed stairlight between storeys.
