Terrace of 3 houses. c1850. Lined-out stucco with Welsh slate
roof. Two-and-a-half storeys, symmetrically-designed row with
advanced outer bays housing entrances. 4-panelled doors with
fanlights, that to left having stained glass. Round-arched
casement window above, then modillion cornice below attic
storey. Central range has projecting arcaded ground floor
(like a loggia) with round arched full-height windows in
architraves with stressed pilasters and key blocks,
alternating with 4-panelled doors with side and overlights.
Tall 2-light casements to first floor. Modillion cornice below
attic storey with small casement windows. 3-window range
return elevation to Columbia Road, with semi-circular windows
in pedimented gable.
