Pair of houses. c1850. Lined-out stucco with Welsh slate roof.
2 storeys, symmetrically planned double-pile 2-unit houses
with entrances to side in projecting porches. 2-arched panels
to door in left hand (renewed to right) in porch with parapet.
Outer gabled bay advanced on each side, with modillion cornice
suggesting pediment. Squared bay window with cornice and
parapet carried on brackets to ground floor, 12-pane sash
above in shouldered architrave. 3-window range between the
gables, with 12-pane sashes on each floor. Cast-iron open work
square-section supports carry leaded canopy running between
the gables. 3 axial stacks.
