GV II

House. c1840-47. Stucco with Welsh slate roof. Picturesque
gothick style, asymetrically-planned 3-window range and 2
storeys. Two advanced gables with finials to right, with gable
at right-angles to left. Entrance in outer face of central
gable. Large canted bay window to ground floor of right hand
gable, with arched windows with leaded lights. Embattled
parapet over, with billet moulding and quatrefoil frieze.
2-light mullioned and transomed window with leaded lights and
hood-mould above. Canted bay with raking roof and leaded
lights in central gable, with arched mullioned and transomed
window with hood mould over. Lean-to against ground floor of
left hand range with paired windows with margin lights. Blind
window above, with coped gabled dormer. Axial stacks.
