House, formerly 2,early - mid C19. Slatestone rubble with granite quoins and brick
dressings. Half-hipped Delabole slate roof with brick chimneys over side walls.
Originally 2 unequal units each double depth one room wide plan. 2 storeys. 3 window
front. Door off centre to right. Blocked doorway between this and left window. Flat
brick arches over openings. Brick string band between floors. 8-pane sashes with
horns. Rear has 2 unequal sized stair windows. Interior not inspected. Included for
group value.
