Shops, a former maltings. Early C19 maltings converted into
shops with some living accommodation. Stuccoed, the ground
floor set back and the 1st floor supported on 6 Corinthian
columns. Hipped tiled roof with 2 small conical oasts. 1st
floor has 3 double unloading doors. Plain C19 shopfronts with
vertical planking to stall risers and half-glazed doors with
fanlights over. Curved corner with curbing stone. Building
attached to rear is No 46 King Street with which there is a
flying freehold (qv).
