2 houses, now in use as offices. Early C19. Lined-out stucco
with plain tiled roof. 3-storeyed, 7 bays. Doorways in arched
recess with traceried fanlight to left and similar larger one
to right. 12-pane sash windows (one blind over doorway to
No.23) and cross-casements all with flat arched heads. Giant
pilasters to left and right.
