House, now shop and 2 cottages. Probably C17 with later additions and altera-
tions. Roughcast slate-stone and cob, slate-hung to front; asbestos sheet
roof, hipped to right with slates to rear. Main range of 4-unit through-passage
plan with short range to rear on right forming basic L-shape; full-length 2-storey
lean-to to rear of main range. 2 storeys. 4 scattered C19 casements directly
below eaves and similar small windows to ground floor, one to either side of
4 panel door (through-passage) to left and 2 between boarded doors to centre
and right, all doors with lean-to hoods. Stepped external end stack to left
and ridge stack to far right, both rendered.
Interior: Through passage has plank and muntin screen to left and former external
doorway (now leading to lean-to) to rear. Roughly carved joists in left room.
