Farmhouse and attached barn. Mid-to late C18 with early Cl9 barn. Roughly
coursed slate-stone, roughcast and painted to house with red brick dressings
to barn. Slate hanging to left side of 2-storey lean-to to rear of house;
slate roof hipped to right end of barn. House in 2 bays with barn under same
roof pitch attached to right. 2 storeys. Two C20 casements under slate drips
on first floor and similar window to ground-floor left. Cl9 boarded door
below gabled slate-hung porch on right. Integral end stack to left. Barn
has wide door to centre on level with first-floor windows of house but entered
at ground level because of raised farmyard.
Interior: Large ground-floor room has chamfered cross beam and joists. Barn
has continuous loft and collar truss roof in 5 bays, including hip.
