Farmhouse, now house. Mid-to late C18 with minor later additions and alterations.
Roughly coursed slate-stone with granite quoins, slate hung on first floor
to left gable end; slate roof. 2 storeys. 3-window front: late C19 casements,
all 2-light except one of 3 lights to lower right, in C18 openings with wedged
slate voussoirs. Central late C20 six-panel door in C18 opening, with same
head as windows. Integral rendered end stacks with slate drips. 2-storey
lean-to attached to right gable end and full-length catslide outshut to rear.
Interior: Right ground-floor room (formerly 2 but now knocked into one) has
large open granite fireplace with 2 cloam ovens. Lean-to has large open fireplace
to right wall with red brick segmental arch and cloam oven.
